Please take a break and enjoy the activation in a quiet, relaxing environment. No driving or operating machinery at any time during the activation. It is normal to fall asleep while listening, especially when the frequencies are at their highest state. You will still "receive" exactly what you need.

We encourage you to be vigilant about staying hydrated and providing your body with rest when appropriate. Some participants choose to enjoy a "relaxation and reintegration phase" at the completion of the program, perhaps including an epsom salts bath.
